The Technical Information System (TIS) provides Technical Service Information via CD-ROM. It is updated on a regular basis (usually every two months) and gives access to the most up-to-date automotive service information. It includes publications such as Workshop Manuals, Wiring Diagrams, Technical Service Bulletins, Service and PDI Checksheets, as well as access to the Online Automotive Service Information System (OASIS).

TIS virtually eliminates the need for time consuming updates of paper based manuals.
